Laura + Chris

by Sarah: Remember Chris & Laura?  You might have just seen them in a recent post about their Engagement Session or about Laura's Bridals.  I've definitely had the chance to get to know this couple over the past month, and yet again, they prove that Storybook Wedding Photography brides are the best!

I've decided not to embarrass myself with the details of the fiasco of getting to Laura's wedding, which may or may not include a desperate moment of using my teeth to open a gas can.

Fast forward: Laura & Chris chose to see each other before the ceremony in order to get the pictures out of the way.  I am a big fan of this, as it seems to get an easy going tone for the remainder of the wedding day.  The ceremony was beautiful at Dresser Mansion.  You can't go wrong there!  Here are just a few of my many favs:

 

 

 

Erin + Tyson's Engagement Session

June 16th in Durant, OK is the date and location this adorable couple will tie the knot!  They met up with Sarah and had their engagement session and below is a sneak peak (don't you just love Erin's smile!).  Its going to be a great wedding with an awesome bride & groom!!

 

 

 

 

 

Megan + Ryan's Wedding

by Jackey - We had the best time photographing Megan and Ryan's Camp Loughridge wedding!  We are still editing the pictures but below is a sneak peek.  

The colors were yellow and a slate grey, which could be seen throughout the wedding party's attire, the florals, cake, and decor.  It was just wonderful with wonderful people and we wish Megan and Ryan the very best!!!

Nikki + Clint's Engagement Session

This coming October, we will be photographing this awesome couple's wedding at the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame.  We can't wait.  Sarah had the best time, working with these 2, to capture these beautiful portraits!

 

 

 

 

 

Laura's Bridal Session

Laura's wedding was last Saturday so now we can post a few of our favs from her Bridal Session at Philbrook.  So beautiful !!!

Chris & Laura's Engagement Session

by Sarah - Remember a few weeks ago, when we were 'supposed' to have that record-breaking storm; we ended up with some great photography-friendly weather instead?  Yeah, that's when I met Chris & Laura (just in the nick of time, before it started raining)!

We didn't get to make it to each of the locations we'd planned but we DID get some great pictures!  I love how the moments before rain somehow changes the way we see colors, and the darks are extra rich.

The next morning, Laura and I set out for her Bridal Session (which I can't show those images until after her wedding tomorrow), but we had so much fun!

Chris & Laura - I'm soo looking forward to your big day tomorrow.  It'll be beautiful !!!

 

Jenna & Michael - VESICA PISCIS CHAPEL

by Sarah - I swear I've just been so lucky lately - SWP brides & grooms have been the most kind and genuine people!  Michael & Jenna were no exception.  They're going to make excellent parents, and they've both got wonderful parents and families to support them.  Luke and I truly enjoyed the opportunity to document their wedding day at one of our all time favorite venues: Vesica Piscis Chapel.  Congrats!
